How does it work?
As a Coach, my role is to:
Help you access clarity and direction on how you want to lead, grow and show up in the world.
Provide you with resources, tools, and knowledge that will help you in realizing your dreams, visions, personal, professional and business goals.
Create structure and accountability through monthly or bimonthly 60-90 minute sessions.
Provide a safe and brave space where you can express yourself and be seen & heard.
Offer support, encouragement, feedback, and guidance throughout our time together.
