Creative Facilitation & Experience Design
As an Experience Designer and Creative Facilitator, I support organizations by designing dynamic workshops, trainings, and programs to facilitate transformational growth and learning.
With a passion for experiential learning, I’ve designed hundreds of custom programs for teams around the world. My approach is in-depth, interactive and inspired by many bodies of work in particular creative learning & development lab, Late Nite Art.
My facilitation style often includes a multi-disciplinary mix of purpose + values work, visual art, movement, mindfulness, reflection, meaningful dialogue, storytelling, and creative writing.
It gives me great joy to support teams in achieving their strategic goals through the art of facilitation and experience design. I am humbled to love what I do.

As a People & Culture Consultant, I guide leaders and teams to leverage their greatest asset: their people and culture.
Since 2011, I’ve worked with organizations to build values-based, purpose-driven cultures that center inclusion & belonging.
My people first approach is inspired by many consulting teams including eight years of training with the world’s first culture coach|sulting® (coaching + consulting) company, Delivering Happiness (DH).
Today, I consult teams to build and launch culture development programs that unleash the power of human potential and retain top talent.

Case Study: Culture Summit (San Francisco)
WHY WE WORKED TOGETHER:
Culture Summit brings together founders, thought leaders, and culture champions from around the world to share insights and best practices on building and transforming culture in the workplace.
WHAT WE CREATED & HOW IT SUCCEEDED:
As Lead Facilitator, I designed a 90 minute networking event for attendees to accelerate connection and discover new ways to collaborate with their teams. Attendees walked away experiencing the “true power of vulnerability” “a master class in facilitation” and “insight into how to bond a group in a short amount of time”.

WHAT WE CREATED & HOW IT SUCCEEDED:
“Lotus and Christine were amazing community partners who brought a whole new level of depth and healing to OMCA’s 21 annual Lunar New Year celebration 🎎🧧🎊. The entire collaboration process felt fruitful and authentic -- from ideating to designing to facilitating. It was beautiful and transformative to watch the two develop trust with and guide museum visitors of all ages and identities through healing circles while skillfully incorporating so many different interactive modalities and engage children, adults, and elders. We were hired to design three global team events for 300 people across 10 countries at the digital Adobe Design Summit including team members from India, Denmark, Copenhagen and the UK.
