What is Soul Styling?

Intentional fashion is a true passion of mine and I have created Soul Styling as a way to share that and support others in “coming out” into their fullness and being seen.

As we grow, heal, transform and expand internally, it’s important we reflect that shift externally. Soul Styling facilitates the alignment between your internal and external self. From that place, your personal and professional style is amplified.

In our Soul Styling journey together, we will explore your inner “Archetypes” (the various parts of you) and then move into “Adornment” where we will manifest unique items that meet your styling goals and express the fullness of you.

Calling in Your Beloved Baby Ritual

3 hour ritual with Parents-to-Be

Becoming a parent and welcoming a child into the world is a life changing endeavor that requires a high level of intentionality and care. Through this “Calling in Your Beloved Baby Ritual” we will ignite your journey by releasing, creating space and ushering in new life.

Part 1: Releasing

We begin with a releasing ritual where you will each get clear on what you need to release in order to create space for now life. This may include outdated patterns, stories, beliefs and any ways of being that no longer serve you and your growing family.

Part 2: Honoring

We will then move into a stage of reflecting on what you want to honor about yourself individually and together. This includes reflection on your individual life paths, lessons learned and how your relationship with one another has shaped you.

Part 3: Calling in

We will then tune into what and who you are calling in. What is the life you imagine living? How do you intend to be as a parent? Who do you imagine your child to be? How will you guide this new being on their journey? Who do you need to be to yourselves and each other so these intentions may be realized.

Part 4: Surrendering

We complete this exercise by surrendering, trusting Spirit and Life as the ultimate orchestrator, way shower and guide. We plant seeds, we nurture them and we set them free to grow as they are destined to be.
